EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Learn concepts and its details in depth by doing them rather than listening to someone. We create tasks specific to the topic and help you experience your learning.
ROLE PLAY
Unless you do it, it’s all theory and imagination in your head or on paper. Role play helps bring out aspects and surprise elements that you didn’t account for. It also helps look at issues like in real time. We build realistic role play sessions with targeted and specific objectives in mind, while also drawing summary and detailing of the entire session.
MODELING
Modeling helps develop positive habits and personality traits from those who are good at what you are looking for. We teach you the right methods of modeling and following them to develop habits and traits.
GAMIFICATION
What better way to learn a concept than to have fun while “doing” it. Gamification provides the perfect blend of learning while having fun, along with elements of collaboration, competition, risk management and learning to win with humility and fail gracefully. This is what we love designing/doing the most as well.
PROBLEM SOLVING – ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS
One of the most sought-after skills today, problem solving requires you to be creative and adaptive to every situation. Understanding the challenge in hand both in its detail or as a whole are two ways of going about problem solving. We create challenges that help you get into analysis and synthesis of the challenge and get to the goal. We don’t teach you the solutions, we help you derive your solutions.
UNLEARNING AND LEARNING
What is wired is fired. Many a times it's important to break those patterns you have developed over years in order to grow. Through our activity-based sessions, we help you recognize your patterns, and help you unlearn and learn concepts from different perspectives. Growth mindset matters and we help in moving you from a fixed mindset to that of growth.
